DoodleAid attended the The Lord Mayor’s Riral and Seaside Show in Portsmouth over the bank holiday weekend and raised an amazing amount of £336.86. A very big thank you to all our volunteers that came along to help over the three days. Rachel Wicks and family, Eric Hooper and his donation of water bottles to sell, Charley Bednall, Ruth Malone and family, Rhona Mitchell, Julie Neno and her amazing liver cake, Karen McCrindle, Jane Martin and Marion MacDonald with her granddaughter and the wonderful fudge they made to sell.
DoodleAid will be at The Lord Mayor's Rural and Seaside Show 2018 on 5-7 May in Portsmouth and at Paws in the Park in Ardingly on 19-20 May . In preparation for this we've been getting together some great prizes and treats for those who come and take part. As well as our new tags we have prizes from Skinners and from Fish 4 Dogs .... we look forward to seeing you at the shows and our thanks to our sponsors and patrons...
Eddie's Jumping for DoodleAid with UK Parachuting
Eddie's had a lifelong dream to do a skydive/parachute jump so now he's taken the plunge and booked it. On the 27th May 2018 he’ll be jumping for a really worthy cause that’s close to his heart, DoodleAid.
Eddie says, "DoodleAid provides support and rehoming for all types of poodle crosses and their owners. The funds you donate allow them to provide the very best care for all their dogs in foster. They engage the very best Behaviourist’s and Veterinary professionals whilst finding them loving forever homes."
Poodle mixes such as Cockapoos, Labradoodles, etc need to be professionally groomed every 4-8 weeks (dependant on how long you have the coat).
We raised £360.16 for DoodleAid at the Hylands Country and Pet show this weekend. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered and visited our stand this weekend.
