Hello I’m Suzie and I’m looking for my forever home.
Earlier this year my mummy went over the rainbow bridge. I stayed with my Grandad for a while but he wasn’t able to look after me anymore. I had become very sad and shut down and this affected my behaviour, it made me want to keep things I shouldn’t have and I lost my trust in humans and became nervous.
Because I was too nervous to go to a forever home a straight away, DoodleAid found me a place in lovely kennels with my very own personal trainer to help me deal with my issues. I do love my trainer very much, she has helped me to feel happy again, so together we can work on my other issues. I’m not quite ready to leave the kennels yet but the lovely people at DoodleAid said we should start looking now for that very special person that is going to adopt me.
I am a 4-year-old Cockapoo, I’m vaccinated, microchipped and have been neutered.
I need an adult only home with no other dogs, I do like ladies the best but with work and time I’m sure I could like men too. I really need someone that is home most of the time as I will need that person to carry on my training to help me gain my confidence. I am a typical Cockapoo, clever, full of life with lots of love to give to the right person.
I know my photo doesn't do me justice I’m still learning that grooming is ok, so please don’t over look me.
If you have a special place in your heart for me, have lots of time, patience and bundles of love to give, then I’m your girl. Let the people at DoodleAid know you’re interested me by completing an application form https://www.doodleaid.com/application/ if they think you are what I need they will contact you to tell you more about me.
I am currently based in Milton Keynes but as long as you are happy to come and meet me, possibly several times, I don’t mind where I live.
Thank you love n licks
All potential homes are subject to a home check and a £250 adoption donation applies.
