Please do read all the following information fully before applying.
If you do not match Jamie’s criteria do not apply, thank you
Jamie is in BoltonGreater Manchester Area
You will be expected to travel, to carry out some meet and greets, we ask for several so the dog in question can get acquainted with you, and your dog, if you have one !
Jamie is a young puppy looking for his forever home, he is much loved by his owners, but sadly, the circumstances within the family mean they are no longer able to give Jamie everything her needs.
Doodle Aid’s Requirements
Jamie needs an active home as he is an energetic little puppy
We need person or persons committed to Jamie, this is a 10 to 16 year commitment (or more) requiring significant time for training, daily exercise, and companionship. You will need to be prepared for a substantial financial investment for food, insurance, doggy related equipment, grooming and veterinary care. Prospective owners must be prepared for an intensive few months ahead, including constant supervision, toilet training, and gentle socialisation.
NO FULL TIME WORKERS (puppies need support whilst settling into a new environment)
Children only over the aged of 12 (Jamie still exploring with his puppy teeth, he may also jump up and knock little ones over)
We will not remove this restriction, so please do not apply if you have younger children.
Jamie can live with another spayed or neutered dog.
We will also consider allowing him to live with a cat, but this must be fully supervised until such times both can be trusted together
You must have a fully enclosed safe garden, with locks on any gates
If you have a pond this must be covered
Any toxic plants must be removed
If you have any holidays planned, please state on your application form

Careful guidance gentle brushing with some tasty treats in hand
Find a good Professional Groomer, attend regular grooming appointments to get Jamie used to the grooming experience slowly
Exercise
Jamie has only just started to explore outside, after just finishing his course of puppy vacations
At present t he is experiencing a few small walks a day, the timings should be built up as he gets older
Jamie has not been off lead as yet, we would suggest practice his recall in the garden or in a safe and secure hired dog field
He does still pull on his lead, so would benefit continuing with his training gently, at all times
Recall is a work in progress ,Jamie is still only a puppy needs time, patience and love
His bones are still forming ,so no jumping up high, running up and down stairs, or slinging balls as this could damaged his health now or in later years
