Tilly The Little Toy Poodle ,Is Looking For Her Forever Home

Tilly is located in Dundee,Scotland

You will be expected to travel,to carry out some meet and greets ,we ask for several so the dog in question ,can get acquainted with you, and your dog if you have one !

Tilly's owners truly love her,but are finding it difficult to give her the attention she deserves, and it’s starting to feel like they are stretched too thin ,trying to balance family and everything at once.When their grand children visit she gets quite jealous ,wants all the attention on her;this a lot when they have a house full of children and people.She likes a lot of attention and is a very loving dog ,loves snuggles between owners on the sofa.
Tilly is not a aggressive girl and has never bitten ,very sweet natured.

Doodle Aid’s Requirements ℹ️

Tilly is a very energetic dog,you would need to be active yourself to give her the care she needs

No full time workers (but if you work from home and have time for Tilly’s needs, you may apply)

She would happily live in a home ,with another dog of a similar size (if male must be neutered)

Can live with children aged 10 plus (this is due to Tilly being very hyper ,she still can jump up in excitement)

No cats, never lived with a cat

Your garden must be safe and secure ,gates must have a lock

If you have a pond it must be covered

If you have any holidays pre planned please state on your application form

Tilly broke her left front leg back in October 2025 ,she had successful surgery
Poodles can suffer with ear infection ,do please check ears weekly
Not on any medication
No known allergies

Grooming
Tilly has a beautiful curly coat,only sheds minimally ,all dogs shed some amount
Tilly will need regular grooming,brushing and combing at home
Attends a Professional Groomers every month
No issues with being groomed

Exercise ‍♀️
Tilly has one small walk per day
Enjoys playtime in the garden
Does not go off her lead
Her recall is good,we request please do not allow any newly rescued dogs ,off lead ,until you have complete trust in one another
Tilly does not pull on her walking equipment (harness and lead)
Non reactive to traffic ,and road noises

Tilly is your typical Toy Poodle fun loving ,playful ,bouncy,intelligent,energetic,can be hyper with excitement,very loving ,attention seeking ,would like lots of cuddles

Tilly we are informed is well socialised,her obedience is good ✅

She is toilet trained,but as we state on all adverts,accidents may occur with any dogs whilst settling in a home

Tilly can be left home alone a few hours a day

Non destructive in her home

Travels well on car journeys

Likes to play ball,and enjoys playing with her soft toys

If you have never owned a Toy Poodle ,you do not know what you are missing,we have owned two ,and they are delightful little characters
They keep you on your toes with their antics , they are loyal to the bone
Love attention ,fun loving and are highly intelligent ,some can be very alert and give out little barks
Once you have owned a Toy Poodle you'll never look back

All potential applicants will be asked to complete our vetting system,along with a full homecheck

If you live in rented accommodation,we will require documentation ,that a dog can live in this property
