Milo is looking for a foster home, with a view to adopt
Looking for some very special active foster folk ,to commit to looking after Milo,with the chance potenially to adopt him in the future

Milo is dearly loved by his owners, and its been a very hard decision ,they have had to make in rehoming him.Milo is such a lovely and loving dog, but his family cannot give him the attention he needs. His energy is higher than they initially anticipated.

We are looking for a home ,where his fosters are willing to spend some time ,with giving Milo the extra support with his training
Milo is a very active boy ,he needs more exercise and stimulation to keep his brain active.
With this he also needs down time ,a quiet area where he can chill and relax
You must be fit and active,as Milo is a little dynamite at times,but a very cuddly and loves all the attention
Can live with another dog
He does live with cats but tends to want to play with them,he does not know his own size
( If you have a cat we would suggest slow introductions,and supervise )
Milo can live with children age 10 and over who are dog savvy,as stated he may jump up playfully
Your home must have a garden,which is safe and secure
If you have any day trips or holidays pre planned, do state on your application form

Exercise
Milo has two good walks per day
Sometines he will pull on his lead,a bit of loose lead training would be an advantage
His recall is good,we do NOT allow foster dogs off lead,this is due to safety reasons,another out of control dog could approach him
If you want to do some training we suggest,hiring a safe secure dog friendly paddock
Milo may react to some dogs whilst on his lead,but this is not a regular habit.
Interaction with other dogs :- His owner always abides by dog etiquette. Check with the owners of the other dogs before allowing them to socialise. He is ball obsessed which is a good way to control him. He can be playful or boisterous, depending on the dog that he meets
Milo is lively,loving, very “human like " and loves cuddles ,your typical goofy young doodle loves human company and attention
He loves to please and is very trainable,if you put in the time
Has been well socialised ,and has had some training ,by proffesionals in the dog industry
Milo is toilet trained,but as we state in every advert,whilst any dog is settling in any accidents may occur
He is crate trained,sleeps in his crate at night
Milo is also crate trained when his owners go out ,its his safe area.Milo loves his crate. He is crated at night so he doesn’t scratch the door in the morning trying to get his owners attention. This does not happen all the time, just a precaution
Milo is a bit of a munchkin when it comes to food,thats probably from the lab side.
He will steal food if its left at his height
Milo also a bit of a counter surfer ,please pop things out of his reach ,he is like a magpie with stealing things
Milo will chew if bored. Not furniture but anything he can steal
Milo will scratch a door if left on his own uncrated for too long
This is where some positive training would be advised,we are happy to supply a dog specialist to help
He is non aggressive,never bitten,a typical young daft doodle that just needs a bit of time and training in some areas
Milo has never been left more than 2 or 3 hours per day,his owners work from home
Milo spends his days downstairs with another family dog,whom he gets on great with
Good with people,good with children but he has not got out of the habit of jumping up with excitement
Travels well in the car but must be restraint
Milo likes the water and his ball games ,his ball would be a great training aid along side food
